Global hit ‘Jerusalema’ reaches #1 on Shazam’s Global Chart
“Jerusalema” duo Master KG and Nomcebo Zikode have reached the top of the Shazam Global Chart as No. 1 this week.
Master KG was first Shazamed in South Africa in February 2018, with “Skeleton Move”
To date, Jerusalema has been most Shazamed in:
France
Italy
Nigeria
South Africa
Romania
The track has now been Shazamed across the world.
Jerusalema is Master KG’s most-Shazamed song to date. Followed by “Jerusalema Remix” with Burna Boy and “Skeleton Move”.
Jerusalema became his first track to reach Shazam’s Global Top 200. It has spent 18 consecutive weeks in the chart before reaching worldwide No. 1.
The track has charted in 35 different countries on Shazam, achieving nine No.1s: South Africa, France, Italy, Romania, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Bulgaria and The Netherlands. All European No.1s have been reached since July.
